Located in a bustling shopping traffic hub in downtown Wayne, Michigan, our vendor marketplace invites you to craft and showcase your products in a beautifully illuminated booth. Customers can leisurely browse through and shop at their own pace, allowing you the freedom to step away and add a personal touch to your display.

A vendor license or EIN number is unnecessary as our store takes care of sales tax collection and payment. However, it is advisable to seek guidance from the state of Michigan or a tax advisor if you are registered for tax purposes.

Our Booth Options:

1) 3 Wall (Walk-In) Booths : $140 per month. 

Back Wall: 5 feet wide × 6 feet tall

Side Panels: 2 feet wide × 6 feet long each

2) Peg Wall Rentals: $90 per month.

Width: 3.5 feet wide

Height: 5.5 feet tall

3) Single Shelf Rentals: $60/month. You provide your own shelf/ No more than 5 feet tall single rows.

  4) Stand-Alone Spaces: $25–$50/month. You provide your own racks or display stand.

Rental Terms and Vendor Rules

• Minimum Contract: 6-month minimum commitment and Month to Month after.
• Fees : A security deposit is required upfront, and a 10% sales commission fees applies to transactions.
• Operations: We handles collecting and distributing sales taxes, and vendors can track their inventory and sales online.
• You pay No Utilities or other fees 

All spaces are a 6 month contract commitment, we charge 10%  commission per item sold. 

Our leases are 6 months long depending on the space you have, with the option to renew monthly or terminate after lease expiration.
